I'm a big Star Wars badge collector. Mostly from conventions but also misc. things like the Droid Hunt that the 501st will be having at C3.
Reading a Rebelscum report here (http://www.rebelscum.com/article.asp?i=91372) it seems they did something like this for a previous Dragon Con. Here is the pic of that badge:
