Title: EZBoards got Nuked
Post by: Scott on June 1, 2005, 05:00 PM: One of the larger free/cheap do it yourself forum server out there EZBoard got hacked in the last few days. Quite a few places I skim through from time to time got large amounts of threads and data totally wiped from the planet

EZBoards are trying to fix it but little has changed yet that I can see, this is a lot worse than people realize it is, as months and years of posts could be gone forever :-\

They have a separate forum now, but I can imagine the turmoil that would've caused. Those guys go ape**** when their site's down, like it's crack.

There's some good modeling forums on there with lots of tips and tricks archived. Sad if that stuff's lost from a customizer's standpoint.

In the Simpsons board, you can see there are two threads from today and then a gap to April 2004

Memberships got erased, its a mess
