Personally, I beleive it to be EU cannon but thats just me. It all depends on which storyy you read I suppose. BUt I beleive all of it can be squeezed into continuity.

Yeah, especially the Creation of grievous, and the Durge story.

I couldn't agree with both of you more!  When I saw the picture of Maul in Insider, I think that it took me all of about 10 seconds to order the book on Amazon.  I thought that the whole book was very well done and I loved some of the concept art that was included.  The tie in of the origin of Grievous in Visionaries to Labyrinth of Evil was great.

That was the whole reason I read this book.  I read straight through this book.  Normally, I read parts whenever I feel like it, but this one just kept me.  I really liked the art in the creation of grievous, it was just so cool.

with all the stuff they've been retconning lately i wouldn't be surprised if the grevious story becomes canon, but the maul is too kool for them to retcon, it'll never happen.
