Man do those look sweet. Can't wait till they come out.
I'll be getting all 3. :)
-
I'm not to hip on Aayla's shoulder joints, but they do look really nice.
I wish Taun We would have come with a Young Clone in red though, or else a Red and Blue Young Clone 2-Pack should have been released
-
Aayla Secura would make a nice 12" figure. ;)

Aayla would make a nice 5' 6" figure ;D

A one to one scale. ;D

I can't wait to get these 3 figures. Especially the new Jedi. ;)

okay, time for me to criticize... bah... They all look stupid in some shape or form except for Lama.
The little kid doesn't have a removable helmet, nor articulated knees to sit at a "learning station" thingy.
Barris looks like a rooster crowing.
Aayla doesn't look like Aayla, and the shoulder joints are really horrid looking. What's worse, many of "us" were expecting a highly-articulated Twi'lek... Aayla doesn't seem very articulated to me... 5, maybe 6 points of articulated isn't a big deal when you compare it to, say, Saga Bespin Luke (12 points total, I believe). Another thing, the ball-joint arms don't have to look so terrible, HOWEVER, I will take this over a crappy statue like the Nikto jedi... Of course, that 5'6 Aayla sounds sorta promising.
Okay, I'm done criticizing.
-
I don't care what she looks like, I'm gettin' Aayla because...

...what was I saying? ??? ;D
-
I'm getting her because we finally have some cool female figures. Not to mention that she is a Jedi and an EU character.

I actually like all the figures here except the young clone trooper. He looks like a little baby with a bonnet on his head... they just did a bad job on the head part of him I think. I've been wanting a Lama Su figure for a long time... I wish there was more video of the entire cloning factories on Kamino. I think that would have been sweet!
Anywho... these figs look pretty good.
-
It will be nice to see the finished products. I know that Lama Su colors will have to be altered to be accurate.
I really like how the figures are now coming with a base to put them on. I am running low on my clear bases that I have. This will be a nice change. Though now a figure will take up more room in my display cabinet.
Anyways, I really like the new figures.

First let me say: WoW!!!! 3 figures that haven't been made before!!!! Not that I wouldn't love another 5 Obi-Wans, Anikens, Dookus, etc. I see the criticism, but I have seen few perfect figures, so overall, I'm happy. Wouldn't it be cool if figures had to go through a review board by the collectors before they were approved to be released?

I would say that it'd be great if Collectors had a voice at all, much less be able to judge a prototype.
Some think the 'Fan Choice' thing is our way of getting what we want, but in all honesty, I think those things are rigged.

GH has carded pics up of these figures, multiple points of articulation

so cool !!!

I hope Aayla Secura is out by April so I can get Amy Allen to autograph one at the Chiller Theatre show. :)
-
i just hope these figs are out real soon.
-
Some new loose shots of these are up over at GH now. I think that all three look real nice. Aayla might be one of my favorite figures ever. I like the connecting bases concept too. Barriss looks great, though I realize that her pre-posed stance isn't for everybody. Lama (as opposed to our JD llama) looks great and is apparently going to be much taller than the previously way out of scale Taun We, which is a big plus in my book. The Clone kid is a great "accessory" as well. Not sure if Lama Su has neck articulation though - doesn't look like it.
Best wave of figures that I've seen in quite a while! Why can't Hasbro do them all like this?!
-
I've been wondering the same thing Matt :) Every figure should be top notch I'm all for quality of quantity, they need to slow down a bit stop the resculpts and make 'em all perfect :p

hey she's coming to my hometown greensboro NC in april also! we're having I think the first ever SW convention april 19-20 and AA is going to be here. I would like to get her to autograph the figure (if I find one) and IF the autos don't cost too much! :-\

Aayla Secura will be mine in 2 days. :)
The figure that is. ;D
