Sure. You're selected as a Secret Santa for JD member X. You pick out a modest gift and send it to him several weeks before Christmas. Meanwhile, JD member Y is your Secret Santa and will send you a modest gift which you will receive sometime around Labor Day of the following year, if you're lucky.

Don't want to talk for anyone else but I have no problems with overseas members being in the exchange. I think one of the only real dis qualifers should be no new members of the board should be allowed to participate in it. (Just my opinion though, I will leave it up to the staff or whoever wants to run the exchange.)

Everyone interested please reply in this thread and PM me your addresses by Friday November 14th. And just to remind everyone that participates, not sending a gift is a ban-able offense this year. We will make sure that everybody gets a gift so there are no worries about that this year. For those unsure of how this works it is pretty simple, we have a sign up list, and then draw names out of a hat, at which point everyone will be assigned another JD member to send a gift to. Usually it helps if everyone gets their trade list wants up to speed and bumped in the trading/classifieds forum, so your Secret Santa knows what may be of interest to you. There really isn't a dollar limit perse, anything in the $5 to $50 is just fine - really whatever you feel comfortable with. The last few years we have tended to average $20-$30 a gift. What's the Dollar amount this time around?

Either/Or will be just fine. As long as your Santa can find the list it doesn't really matter. It is a good idea to maybe list a few non-SW (ie Books, Movies, etc.) wants too, in case your Santa is struggling to find stuff on your list.

I didn't want to "pull a Famine" but situations out of my control have caused for my gift to not be shipped out yet. Hoping it will be in my hands before Christmas so it can be shipped out before New Years.
