Ok, the cloak that came with Panno would not take spraypaint, dye, or even bleach! I almost gave up, then tried good old acrylic paint, which took nicely! I had to thin it a little with water every once in a while. Orimaarko's head is the POTF2 version dremeled for the Panno neck, and all cloaks are hot glued on in a few places to look more natural. Here are a couple pics of them in my dio:

Wow, that is an awesome display. What are the chairs and equipment made out of!?

Pretty perfect. I don't think it's possible to do a better job.

Awesome as always DB... I figured you'd love that one for your Home One briefing scene.
I have a small army of them as I consider that the best generic Dressellian one could hope for, so I'm kind og using it as a basic one of their crew of militia commandoes. I really hope that body's re-used to give us Orrimarko redone. I'd dig if they gave him an eye patch you could pop off and show his damaged eyesocket too. It'd be the little detail that'd give the figure oomph to me.
I've given my army of Dressel Rebels a mishmash of weaponry. Some Clone Wars hardware, some random guns I've had or made, and an extra POTF2 Oorimarko rifle too.
