Pretty cool deals. No problems with the free TIE Interceptor and ARC fighter from TRU. I have no idea what an Albertson's is (grocery store? Target like store?). If anyone can help me get the mini Jedi Starfighter from there, it would be much appreciated. I'll pay for the groceries, you can keep them and just send me the Lego mini.

Kind of wierd them throwing an OT ship into the mix here. Remind me, but was the Tie Int one of the mini ships we got from Japan? Can't recall now, but I think it may have been...
Just keep the mini ships coming, 'cause they're cool! Glad to see they're getting revisited again, at least. 8)

Yep. Looks exactly the same as the Kabaya set. (I just got those Kabaya sets from Dale recently, so they're fresh in my mind).
Haven't forgotten about the clones, Matt. Just remind me when they come in.
And let me know about the mini Jedi starfighter.

There's an Albertsons VERY close to my house, but I don't have one of those cards the add talked about. Anyone want to pick one up for me?
They all look great though. Hopefully they become available to buy at retail.

So I did an Albertson's store locator (http://www.albertsons.com/abs_tools/store_find/default.asp) for ***** and giggles to see what I'd get. Turns out Albertson's are named different in different parts of the country. Makes sense, as an West coast store only exclusive wouldn't make much sense.
Might not need help on the E3 Jedi Starfighter after all, Matt. I'll let you know if anything changes though.

I got that magazine in the mail today, and there is an ALTERNATE way to get the mini Jedi Starfighter. You need to order the Sneek Preview (Jedi Starfighter vs. Vulture Droid) set from Lego's online store. Then, you have to click a certain button (I forget which one) and enter a code, and you can get a FREE Mini JS.

I already bought the Vulture Droid / JSF. I have no use for another.
Of course, I prefer Coke to Pepsi, so I'm wasting money there. I like Fritos though.

The first of the promotions is out - the Mini TIE Interceptor (exact same model as the Kabaya set). It comes in a baggie and my TRU had plenty in a bin near the ROTS display. They all had a $4.99 price sticker on them, so you could trying buying one instead of spending $14.99 to get it.

I live in central florida and I work at my local albertsons. They have the lego jedi starfighter promotion. And they are barely moving from the store display. Maybe you should e mail me so we can talk about you getting one.

Grabbed the second TRU set yesterday, the ARC Fighter. The promotion doesn't start until Sunday, but they had a bunch in the bin with the TIE Interceptor. Just bought it outright for $5.
Still looking for the mini Starfighter. None of the Shaws (the Mass version of Albertsons) around here know what the **** I'm talking about when I ask for it ::)

I found a giant bin of them at my local Albertson's last night Mikey, and picked one up. No idea how long they've been out, since that's the first time I've bothered to check for one.
They rang up at $7, but I got mine for free with a 24-pack of Pepsi, and a couple bags of chips. Bought all that other crap, since they supposedly weren't available for individual sale. Want me to go back and see if I can just buy you one for $7, and toss it in with your EE Clones? LMK!

I walked into a Lego store on Friday night and saw a completed Mini Jedi Starfighter on the check out counter and asked the cute chick working the store where I can get it. She proceeded to give me one for free, I asked her if I had to buy anything. She said no, so then I asked her for another one. She gave it to me no problem. Must have been my devastatingly handsome looks. (or she was just tired of geeks bothering her constantly for toys and wanted nothing to do with them)

I managed to get a free Jedi Starfighter from TRU a couple of weeks ago up here in Canuckia, but still need the mini TIE Interceptor and ARC-170 Fighter.

These all dried up long ago. I've seen them at an online Lego store for $5, but I haven't felt like ordering one yet. I suppose I'll crack and get one if Matt can't find one. :P

Haven't been able to dig up either of these minis for you guys yet, unfortunately. Came across one ARC-170 last week, but the bag looked like it had been cut open and resealed, so I was assuming someone probably swiped a piece or two out of it that they were missing or lost, so I passed on it.
But I'll still keep an eye out for them...

I found some on a website called BrickLink (http://www.bricklink.com). $4 at a store called "Bartering the Brick", but you have to be a registered member of the site to order (it's free), and the store has a $10 minimum limit.
I may order one if I can find a good set for about $6...

Still haven't found the ARC for you yet, Travis. Came across one that I sent Jesse, but that's it so far. Did you ever get one, or should I still keep my eyes peeled for it for ya'? Did find a few Tie Interceptors at my local TRU a couple weeks ago, and grabbed one for Jesse, and an extra for anyone else in need.
Is anyone else in need of the Tie Interceptor? Holler soon if you are, otherwise I'm returning it to TRU. It's $5.40 btw...
