Well, unfortunately I think that the $8-10 per figure is going to be the standard for these box sets now when they are on-line exclusives...

That's the way it's been for the EE sets - it's too bad though that there is no "bulk purchase" option for these like the EE sets have offered.   

I guess since the basic figures are moving to a $6-7 price point, we shouldn't be surprised at the cost.

With all that said, (even at the price of $40 each with the shipping) I ordered 2.

Point is, there is a Vader (appropriately) in the Hoth wave - there's no reason for him to be in the Tatooine wave.

I think you missed it earlier in the thread, but from all accounts/rumors the Vader included in this wave IS the Hoth Vader (a 500th Vader repaint). 

I think they are just packing him in this case to make sure that he is shipping throughout the year... at least that's the current info we have (insert standard Hasbro disclaimer here).

Just out of curiosity, how are you guys determining the Shocks to be the SA version? I can't make out the difference between the two molds with that photo they provided. It would be nice if they were but I'm not keeping my hopes up about that one.

Take a looky at this blow-up...

In the blow-up pic, you can see what looks like the "nubs" of the antenna above the Shocktroopers heads.  Also, on the #6 the belt is sculpted on, but on the #41 sculpt, the belt is a separate piece - you can see in the picture that these clones have the larger separate piece belt indicating they may be #41.

Granted, things can change (insert Hasbro disclaimer here) but for now, the signs all point to #41 Clones...

Ryo sent out an e-mail saying Robby.jp had 20 boxes (5 Master Cases) of Star Wars Kubrick Series 5 left-over after filling all the pre-orders.

Kind of a "last-chance" if you wanted to order more from them...

The more I look at these pictures, the more I LOVE the 4 new figures.  Fantastic!
