However it was very encouraging to see that Target was pricing these at $9.99 each, and not the ridiculous way that TRU is currently pricing their figures.
Quite the opposite in the Boston area. Unpaid 9.99 at toys r us. Targets range between 13 and as high as 15.50 per figure

« on: May 25, 2015, 09:30 AM »Lol! I was thinking the same thing. Pretty dang frustrating. Was thinking of giving them a call, but I'm sure no one would have any clue as to what I was talking about.
Earlier when they first rolled out Dutch, Vader and Chewie I called and asked if the rest would be released. They gave some canned answer and referred me to a customer satisfaction line. I'm glad I didn't panic order and a few days later found the comete wave at TRU for cheaper.

Seeing pictures like this make me want to break from my current only "cannon" droid pledge. Just saw that my holo r2 was delivered today. Placed an order for a r2d60 which should arrive next week (hey looks like I broke my cannon pledge already). I'm liking that r4 d23 droid too, colors are interesting.

I just grabbed all 6 black series figures I wanted at a Toys R Us in CT. Left the stormtrooper and navy officer repacks. Best part is they are still 10 bucks each!

I just grabbed on for 25 on eBay. I figure they are 13 plus tax and 10 bucks shipping on disney merchandise. I saved myself a headache and just bought one for a few bucks more

Tried calling the merchandise hotline and they said r2 could not be ordered at this time. Maybe after Star Wars weekends. Guess I'll have to gobto ebay and pay scalper prices.

I can assure you the clones never appeared, I checked very often. They listed Rex with his bio but had the picture of Vader ip. When I called hasbrotoyshop they pulled it and said the were unsure what figure was actually for sale, the Vader or Rex. Then Vader went up and the next day Chewie and Dutch popped up. This morning all 3 went to out of stock at the exact time.

Price just went up. I honestly think they didn't sell out but we're pulled because they all went down at once. I was holding off until the whole wave showed because I wanted the free shipping. They had Rex listed at one point with vaders pic. I called and they pulled it because they weren't certain what figure was actually being sold. Sigh...good old hasbro
