So Dark Water is good eh?  I'll have to check it out.  I've seen it in the store so many times and the cover looks great - but it's always so hit or miss with these movies that I was afraid to pick it up just based on the cover.

One more note on the Ichi the Killer dvd I picked up - here's the cover:

My internet research has led me to believe that there are two releases (U.S. releases anyway) with this exact cover, the Rated-R version, which I have - and an uncut, unrated version, which is pictured above - which I'm going to have to try to find somewhere and see about an exchange.

Now...if you'll just admit that you're "Durge" as well........ ;D

I still wouldn't be shocked to find out that Durge and GNT are the same person. Somehow that would just be so fitting...

It would never happen.  GNT would never split his posts between two names - it would take away from his post count.

The Matrix sequels may be the biggest blowout in film history.  Really, it's amateur hour.

Agreed.   It's almost depressing how bad they were.

This sounds like a great chance to really really break in those flip-flops.

I don't think so...check his list of aliases here

http://www.jedidefender.com/yabbse/index.php?topic=1106.15

Carnor Jax is listed there - but I thought that there was a real Carnor Jax, who changed his name for a split second to something else, then virex pounced on the opportunity to steal his identity, which made Carnor Jax very mad.

"How...****** up...is that?"

I've been looking forward to this flick, then I noticed DBB posted about it on scum. Looks freaky...

I posted about it in the horror movie thread here weeks ago.  I saw the first trailer 2 months ago, the second trailer 5 weeks ago and the third trailer 2 weeks ago.

In closing, I saw it on Bloody-disgusting.com way before DBB ever did and am a little disappointed that everyone seems to have seen his thread there before noticing that I reported on it here.

There's already been one sequel - but I'm waiting for a new Wayne's World movie.

Had me going

My favorite is that if you look at the lists of all his posts -

Half of them are in threads that were eventually locked.  Bravo.

I use the databank every now and again - but I generally have no use whatsoever for that site.

Yeah, I've intentionally passed over buying these for probably two years now in anticipation of a set...  even though it doesn't have tons of stuff on it - I'm going to pick it up...

Why not just wait a month or two for the boxed set...
