Anyone else get ripped off on the POPs?  I opened my figs last week, but put the packaging aside for another date.  Tonight I opened up the little baggies and two of my silver stickers had been replaced by crudely cut out xeroxes!

Not a disaster, because I will buy another Biker and Tusken.  BTW, they were taped versions form TRU.

Figs are wonderful...

Yeah, I prefer the environmental stands that we got with Saga 2, OTC and ROTS.  The name tag stand is just too "collectorish" for me, and not as "toyish."

The title kinda says it all.  I want to build something that could benefit from pieces being added on to a strong foundation, and baking it twice was an idea.  Any thoughts?

Yeah, the 3 new, 1 old works for me if it means getting super obscure stuff.  Imagine the McQuarrie Trooper with Concept Vader, Concept Chewie and Concept Luke.

I would go absolutely friggin' nuts if something like that was relased.

I'd say the best thing about these is that by creating the UGH, Hasbro has admitted that the line (during non-movie years) is aimed at collectors.  This is good because whenever Hasbro does a Q&A they say the line is aimed at kids, next time they do this we can respond by pointing to this sub-line and proving them wrong.

I'm no Hasbro basher, but they do get a bit defensive when the do public appearances.

Not sure if this is OT, but I JUST found my first Utapua Clone, and noticed that his foot hole pegs are deeer than the regular ROTS version of the fig. A nice touch by Hasbro.

I feel the same way. I've never been a carded collector, and something like the UGH isn't going to make me start.  Unfortunately many carded collectors are welcoming these with open arms.  I'm  afraid Hasbro is going to go nuts with oddball packaging after this.  Why should they make a new figure if they can sell an old one with on a new card?  Kinda sad if you ask me.

Bring in the new figures.

I'm glad these ROTS waves are coming out because it means that there are going to be a bunch of figures out that I don't need to buy. Considering most of these sat on pegs for 8 months last year,  I have them all in sufficient numbers.  It will give me a nice break when these waves hit.

Actually, since the Fan Club has made it clear that they can produce 3 new figures, and package them with one old figure (Lucas Family) my idea is that they do Cliegg, Owen and Beru with a repainted ROTS 3PO with his grey/dirty look he had in AOTC.
