Which character in any of the six films, that has not been made into a figure, has the most dialogue?

I'm sure some of the Padme costumes might be the obvious pick, but what about beyond Padme?

I started with these last week while I was looking for 3.75 figures and not finding anything.  I bought one set for kicks, and have since picked up four others.  The sets have a nice "toyish" feeling.  I'm looking forward to the ESB sets, but I'm curious about what's after that. I'd love some Sandpeople or Cantina characters.

So, yeah, I'm in and I started another line.  On the other hand, I've passed on the Sideshow 12" figures after hoping for years that I they would produce SW stuff.

Best: Sun Fac! Maybe a lesser character, but a great, deatiled, articulated figure.

Worst: Hmm, if I exclude repacked figures, I'd say that Bib Fortuna could have benegitted buy some extra arm articulation.  I don't mind salt-shaker figures, but give me some upper body movement.

Also, as far as worst goes, I'd get rid of the Holo pack-ins and the stands and offer more play accesories.

Jesse James, that list is awesome.  I'd dig every fig in that line-up!

After reading everyone's replies, it struck me that if there were four relaese dates a year, and about 12-14 figure per release, that would be great.  Then, you could get them "opening day" or have three months to buy them.  I bet the stores would love that.  They could just do endcaps, sell out, and then just keep a few pegs going for casual buyers.

Well, it is to make a buck.  But they don't just buy SW, they pick out all HTF and rare items from all toy lines.  In fact, just today I saw a guy with at TRU with a cart full of Barbie and some other line.  He had duplicates of a few different products.  Then he dug through the Titaniums and pulled all of the silver ones.  I'm sure that it adds up after a while.

When I saw the final list I felt very, very old and very out of it.  Not only did I not know who half the charcters are, I really don't care. I don't follow EU or games or anything non-movie. (Love Clone Wars though...)

This list just shows how diverse the fan base is, and Hasbro will have a very hard time making everyone happy.

My advice is stick to the films, once the characters are all represented in plastic, then go to other sources.

Dr. Ezavan, period.  He's only been sculpted once in a crappy 3 pack in Hasbro's early SW days.  I'd love to see a ROTS quality version of him, all fat and sloppy and stuff.
