Do tell on that pricing!  Also, if you’d be willing to hook a brother up on a $5 Snowtrooper...

Vintage Kenner / Re: Found ROTJ Gamorrean Guard at KMart

I’ll say legit.

About 10 years ago, a local TRU did a major remodel and in a spot where they were moving the shelving into a new configuration there was a pile of debris.  Dirt, papers etc. and there were a few toys that looked like they had been found between or underneath the shelving and one of them was a vintage ESB Dengar. I asked to buy it but was shot down. It was in similar shape as this one.

Adam and Jamie say “ Plausible!”

I think what Amazon is doing is just hastening the collapse of poorly run companies - e.g. TRU.  If you're well run and have a clear value to your customers you'll likely be just fine.

This is the point I was trying to make, put much more succinctly.

Retail as we have known it all our lives is going away.  Every year it seems like another major retailer is biting the dust.  The only ones that seem impervious are the bargain outlets and very specialized stores.  Brands that set themselves apart from what Amazon offers.

Retail is gasping its last breaths.

Our generation will be the last where kids grew up without online shopping as a primary vehicle for getting things. We really are the delineation; I see the “I shop online” crowd reducing with those older than we are, and increasing as the kids get younger. My children will never know a world where Amazon is not a huge thing.

If those rumors about Amazon acquiring Target come true?  Hoo boy.

Probe droid is pretty awesome. Finally got a really nice version of this all these years later.

That Jyn Erso card is pretty awesome.

I would love to see Baze and Chirrut. Round it out with a Bodhi and K-2S0 and they could kinda consider RO closed out.

Say, do you like chocolate? Do you like peanut butter? Do you like Cheerios? If so, give Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheerios a try.
Oh yes. These are awesome. I also grabbed peanut butter chocolate Shreds. Pretty good.  I am a sucker for peanut butter.

Star Wars Universe / Re: Is Star Wars special anymore?

Marvel is 10 years in with multiple pictures each year. While there are some that are better than others, id say the QC has been kept intact and they are all good, and I eagerly await the next film each time.

As long as they can keep making GOOD SW films, I can’t imagine being less excited.

To me, it is, but I could see that diminishing somewhat over time.  Or not.  Hard to gauge.  Personally, I LOVED Rogue One.  More side stories done with that level of quality?  Count me in.  I am worried about Solo.

The Sequel Trilogy / Re: Star Wars Episode IX

Saying that there can't be new introductions of Force powers would be to invalidate the actual emergence of the ghosts in the first place, as well as Sith lightning, or Force Speed or whatever that was in TPM.
For that matter, aside from slight precognition and communicating after death, ALL force powers introduced from ESB onward are "crapping on the original" notions of what the force is.

I think Luke will be back in astral form, but I think it will be with Kylo more than Rey.

-CB should've had Lando...  If you're gonna give a Lando cameo he would've been nice to see on, or related to Canto Bight in some way.  Maybe they contact him for the outside help, whatever.  I would've liked to see Lando appear in some way.

Wow.  This would have been awesome.
