Sorry, but I think you're high. I've been reloading HTS for half an hour now and none of wave 7.5 or 8 appear have been available...

They were up around 1:50 california time..wave 7 and 7.5..I had hawbat clone..told me it was out of stock when i went to check out. I bought one of the comic packs and concept han..got my discount and free shipping..It would be nice if they stocked some wave 7 or 8 with that code.

I skipped so many things without a 2nd look this year. I skipped most of the Battle Packs, most of the ships, and the other odds and ends Hasbro put out. I think it really is quality over quanity, I think Hasbro did a great job with the TAC and most of SL once they got past W1 & W2. So I was happy to just collect TAC, and the comic packs. The one thing that I miss are the unleashed 7" figures )=I'm planning on stopping collecting all together in '08, probably starting with the Clone Wars line.
I've been thinking the same thing, but I'm just not sure how well that's going to pan out after seven years of buying everything Hasbro has thrown at us. So far I've skipped the Bespin and Droid BP's as well as the rereleases of the Stormtrooper comic packs with white armor instead of blue. It's a step in the right direction I suppose, but then I caved on all of the Target exclusives as I was originally just going for the Shark Arc and the GH Cinema Scenes. Ugh..
I still plan on picking up the Unleashed stuff next year as I've been looking forward to that stuff for awhile, but as it stands right now - I have soooo much of this stuff that I simply don't have the room for it anymore. I do have a soft spot for the 3" Titanium line even though they're overpriced and they keep repainting everything do death.
It would be nice to leave this hobby for a few years to just take a break. Collecting this stuff really seems like a second job for me the majority of the time. What's the fun in that?
I have to also add this same store has stocked action figures maybe 3 times since mid summer!
Other than TFU, it doesn't appear to be an army building year.Only 5? Cutting back? LOL! Im cutting back next year as well! Im not going to be completest next year. I do not need more R2's &C3PO's. Vaders,Chewys,Hans,OBi,Anakins, ect., I have to see the TFU figures, but the only ones I plan on buying are Vader's SA and Juno. I just want to cut back!!!!
That's great news for me, since I'm cutting my SW budget in half for 2008.
I'm only building squads of 5 troopers from now on with the corrected Kashyyyk Trooper being the lone exception to this.

I couldn't bring myself to drop $50 on this set. I did want the turret which is worth $15 to 20 to me, and the AT-ST driver and 2 VTAC snowies are worth about $7 each to me, so at most this set is worth about $40 as I didn't want anything else in it. Nothing else in it has any value to me at all.I agree, Im going to save the $50 for the upcoming evolutions packs! Here is a great idea for a Ultimate Batttle Pack, what about doing Jabbas Palace w/ a new Jabba??? think of all the great things they could include in that pack!
Even at that, I almost bought it, but really didn't want to part with the $50.
My Targets still have some as of today, I may change my mind yet. But the Endor set is a definite "no go" for me.
