I am excluding the Tonnika sisters since it's always confirmed they cannot be made. They would otherwise be #1 on my new top 10 list

I really like this a lot, I like to get a couple to upgrade the cockpits of my other Y-Wings. I just hope they fixed the limp landing gear issue with this versions. I am glad it's not in a new scale to make the past 3 versions obsolete.

Cad Solo or Han Bane...

You know, Lucas should consider abandoning the live action series idea (that will never happen anyway because of costs), and making a show like these trailers. Probably as expensive as making a live-action series, though!

Don't forget about Obi-Kolar!

I agree completely I would actually be fine if the animations was this killer instead of a live action show. These special effects look better than the prequel movies.

No news, hopefully soon.  I could see this coming in late Summer though, like maybe late August or September.

Thanks bud! I hope I have two gaping holes in my cantina with the good Dr. and Ponda (I know Ponda is fall.). I also sold all of my 501's to make room for the new style.

If only the CW cartoon was this awesome.....

Even if the game sucks I would love figures from all of the trailers. All of them are Star Trekish carbon copies of characters we know but they are likeable. I really like the human Cad Bane/Han Solo dude. Cool ship too!

We need to get some Ishi Tibb love in here. He is the quintessential back grounder. You have to pause the movie to even see him.

I would love to see all of the characters mentioned here resculpted.

So does anyone know what the status of this Waves release is? Will this now be the July wave since the other wave got bumped. I was puzzled when the Revenge cases showed up for preorder when this wave was slotted first for June.

I actually put an order for this case. I do not buy CW figures but there are too many in this case that is just too cool to pass on. i love that Chewie and plan to use then Even Peill for the movie one. It's a much better figure than the peper shaker we currently have.

I think Hasbro considers it teh least pouular movie

Wouldn't that be the Phantom Menace?

Thanks for the plug but here is the direct link to my Luke mods with instructions (Most did not need much to dremmel out in order to make it fit. some did not need it at all.)

Hopefully that helps, they make a huge difference.

I cannot see the Imperial Shuttle next up on the list. We are getting the CW Attack Shuttle this year and the Imp one seems too similar to do back to back.

I think it will be the Sailbarge/Jabba Palace despite the Hasbro's denial. If there is any truth behind the RS report the next big one is from the OTC and opens up into a playset. I can see them doing the Sailbarge that also doubles as the Palace. A lot of action takes place around the Palace and Sailbarge. Both did appear in the CW cartoon as well, which does help There is a lot of hype around the Blueray DVD with the Luke cave scene and rumors are buzzing that the Sandstorm scene is going to be added as well.

Yeah, I saw that rumor.  What a worthless rumor.  That is the basic description for EVERY large vehicle.  Name a large vehicle that doesn't contain those attributes!  I've got a rumor for the otheR Site to put on their front page:  Next year, Hasbro will be releasing several action figures.  These action figures will span the entire SW Saga; some of accessories will include robes, lightsabers, blasters, and stands . . .  care to guess what they might be?  See, I graduated from the school of making **** up too.

That's the most plausible rumour going.

Biffette pretty much summed up my evaluation on RS's wonderful Intel. Is the hobby that desperate for news that this kind of "information" suffices for their front page post? This same speculation was going on already in their "Big One" forum thread. It's really pathetic, they should be called out on this as pointed out by Biffette.

Now if the news came from STAN (Someone Telling Alleged News) then I would believe it to be true....

Mattel's excuse for the hands is safety standards.  :-X

Did they actually say that?

As an ex-Designer at Mattel (I worked there for 5 years) that's total BS. The softer plastic is actually more of a safety risk because the wrist post can break easier and be swallowed with no problem. I can be swallowed fairly easy either way. Also how do they explain the other hand and SW figures heads. I understand they want to meet safety standards but this is a bit much. I get the halberd axe but the hand I am not buying that line.

Shadows of the Dark Side / Re: New Taun-Taun (w/Luke) Rumor
« on: May 26, 2011, 02:35 PM »
Nice to see that Hasbro is thinking ahead on this.  This is a clear indication that this must be Luke's tauntaun, since this one doesn't feature the opening belly.  And I think it's pretty obvious that we'll get a new Hoth Luke Skywalker with this release, and a Hoth Han Solo with the opening belly release.  I'm just wondering how far Hasbro will space the two releases apart.

I hope not long, in fact I would love if another retailer got it at the same time. I want to get rid of the old Taun-Tauns and would love 1 ultimate SA Han Hoth. I currently have 2 Blue coat and Brown coat with the hoodless optional head. there have been way too many Han Hoths in last few years.
