 :o

Does anyone know the story? I've known Rayne for a couple years, and needless to say, I highly doubt his suspension was called for. He's been a great asset to the forums there and is a great guy.

I'm a horrible Noderator for not noticing this first!

Jack Mehoffer will be so displeased.

Kevin
Why do have to be like this. I am not greenday whoever the fu*k he is.

How can you never have even heard of the band Greenday (there singles have been EVERYWHERE this last year and they've been around for a while) and why would you assume they were a band?

Using profanity doesn't help your case either.

Whose this Jack guy? Maybe if you told us it might change some minds.

Anyone know where that kid is?  I have a lot of connections, maybe I could call in some favors, have someone toss him a beatin'.

   E...

When he first showed up, he said Fairfax, Virginia. In the thread LJ linked to, he claims Springfield, VA. He lies a lot, and has said a lot of different places before.

Just wondering, how did you discover Rebelscum, JediDefender, and Galactic Hunter and sign up all in one day?

Kay, is the Christmas fluffiness done with?  Good.

1.  People that play music on their work computer in the next office/cubicle with no consideration for others.  Even if I happen to like your taste in music I don't really want to hear your music coming through the wall.  Honestly people, whatever happened to consideration for others?  It's pretty ******* dead, yes?

2.  People that take infants to the movies.  Yep, a crying baby at Chronicles of Narnia at 8:00 at night.  Hey, I'm a parent.  I get that kids don't necessarily sleep when you want them to.  Still, what kind of ******* tool takes an infant that's bound to soil themselves/be hungry/be cranky to a movie theater?  Again, thanks for the consideration.  I suppose if there's a bright note to the whole thing it's that Betty-Lou talking to Bobby-Sue and Johnny's pecker really seemed quite interesting since I couldn't hear the ******* movie anyway ::)

1. In the same vein, the douche bags in my dorm who chose to yell at the top of their lungs at 3:00 am and blast repetitive techno. I don't mind people having fun (I mean its college afterall) but at 3:00 am on a weekday or during finals week, that just being a jackass. I don't mind techno either, but when you are trying to get to sleep because you have a class in 5 hours and the same beat just keeps going through your skull, it gets old real quick.

2. I agree. I once went to a movie a few years ago where this dad just let his kid quickly rock back and forth in his seat the ENTIRE movie, even though it made a loud creaking sound. The dumbass dad also thought it was a good idea to let the kid bring a little electronic ray gun thing with him, so when the kid pulled the trigger every 10 seconds it would make this loud noise.

(end of rant)

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: New Years Plans?

If the parties are anywhere near as crazy as last year's, I better start preparing myself now.

Like I've said before, my K-Mart is like a 3rd world country. The last time I went there was about 4 months ago. The toy aisle was crazy. You literally had to wade through the toys on the floor to even get through the aisle. Everything was thrown all about like a tornado had gone through there. Finally, I found a JTA set (the only reason I went there in the first place), and of course someone had stolen one of the clones out of it.  The basic figures, which were the same since April, were still priced at $6.99.

I couldn't care less if the K-Mart in my town goes belly up.

Teh Stoopidest Kid on teh Indernet made a brief appearance here today as well.

I'm eagerly awaiting a new petition.

He's been at DeathStarPlans2 and Commando Customs recently as well. I've said it before and I'll say it again, this kid has mental issues, and I'm being serious.

The problem is that when he comes back, he isn't caught right away. Even if you PM a mod or report him, it still takes a while for a staff member to get around to dealing with him, and by that time he's already made 8 threads and 45 posts. They need more staff members; a lot of times there isn't a single one on. I know they have lives too and everything, but a big site like Scum should be able to nip things in the bud when they appear, not a day or two later as it often is.

I'm usually against the deleting of threads, unless it is for a very good reason. It seems most of the time a simple lock would suffice, and it just seems to cause unrest whenever a thread is deleted.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Anyone Into Monkeys?
« on: December 27, 2005, 09:29 AM »
I've always liked monkeys. In fact, when I was younger I wanted to be a zoologist and focus on primates. When I get older, I plan on having a caupuchin monkey as a pet.

Customizing Tips and Tricks / Re: Durability vs. Detail
« on: December 27, 2005, 09:25 AM »
It really all depends on whether you want to play with it or not. Of course if you want to play with it, durability is the main factor; if you want to display it, detail is the key.

Personally (and its all just personal oppinion of the customizer), I'd rather be able to move and play with the figure, so I chose durability. As long as you are happy with the figure thats all that matter though  8)

Ban #2 for me. I deserved it the first time, but now I've been kicked for not agreeing with every admin decision Myatt makes. What a grumpy old tool he is.

Were you banned in a thread? Which thread?

Sideshow Anakin Part II. But there's no evidence of it; Dave's a ***** and deleted my comments. Probably because they made sense.

Theres WAAAYYYY too much deleting as opposed to locking going on lately. The funny thing is that when something like this happens everyone finds out anyway  :P

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Ever said someone else's name?
« on: December 16, 2005, 08:38 PM »
Yep.

That was about what I was gonna say and leave it at that, but yeah...  I've done that.  Sometimes it's just what's going through your mind at the time, be it someone else's name or whatever...  I've called girlfriend's "mom" because my mind's still on a conversation I had with my mother or something...  **** happens.

I was going to change it so it didn't seem like I was just post padding, but I think that fits it perfectly.

I've done that mom thing too  :P
