Pujols is pretty much the only non MN Twin I root for. I wanted to see him stay in St. Louis, BUT can't blame a team for not wanting to pay someone $20 plus million a year when they are in their 40s. Guess now I see him play more.

I'm normally against pitchers winning the MVP award, but I think they got it right with Verlander this year. Congrats Justin.

P.S. Detroit how about our whole starting rotation (the Twins' that is) for Verlander?

I liked this last story arc up until Krell let us know what he was really up to. I don't know, it felt too forced. I like that all Jedi aren't necessarily drinking the Koolaid, but I feel like it was a little much.

So I'm sorry I've never bought anything Sideshow actually from Sideshow, but anyway is there going to be a version of Tarkin that you don't have to be a billionaire to buy? $350?

edit- I guess that's what I get for posting before I read more. It's 1/4 scale. But still I can't imagine paying that much.

Anyone else think Chicago hiring Ventura with no managing/coaching experience as their manager is weird?

Though not as crazy as to hear they thought about having Konerko be a manager/player. Didn't think I'd ever hear of that again.

I hope I'm wrong and Tebow actually works out for Denver, but their season is over (most likely), now Tebow can not be any good for the rest of the year and then Denver will know that and can move on. Glass half full about the switch way to look at it.

I wish they would get the first pick, they're one of the very few terrible teams this year who would NOT be looking to draft a QB high. Thereby increasing the odds of a trade for the right to draft Andrew Luck. I want that kid in a Redskins uniform in the worst way.

With what people are saying about Luck and what I've seen watching some Stanford games, if the Vikings really ended up with the first overall pick, they better draft Luck and then trade Ponder.
