Jeff,

Nice score congrats.

I had the same intentions today to fill in the gaps.  This was too rich for my blood!

Hello,

I am reading this book know and have found it extremely well written and informative.  To date no spoilers it is very helpful in filling in some gaps from AOTC.

I agree that it is very informative about Grievous and Dooku and would consider it a must read.  The book is feeding my jones for the movie.

Jesse,

I feel your delema, believe me.  I broke down and paid $89 for mine of ebaY as I thought there would be no way in the world there would be an opportunity to get it for cheaper.

Boy was I wrong ::).

The poster is great but stupid me overlooked the fact that it was in fact a mini.  This piece would have looked much better imo if it was the same size as the sculpted posters to come.

DBK

At C3, my wife actually thought that exclusive sculpted poster was really cool, and tried to get one, but by the 2nd day they were sold out.  I've been checking eBay, but I refuse to pay $80.

Twofold:

1) that was the price at C3
2) it is a mini poster (about 4x5) much smaller than the next round of posters coming which will be about 8x11.

I Hope this helps,

DBK

Quick question.  Why did the C3 Vader poster sell for $20 on the code 3 website, while the other posters are $79?

Henrik,

Can't say that I am a fan but I did watch a couple matches the other night with my wife and was really impressed by the amount of skill required to compete at a high level.

The matches deffinetely broke the stereotype for me of two fat guys playing touch feely.

The broadcast was in Hi Def. too so it was purrrrty.

My wife was sharing with me that Nash was on a radio station today (Hip Hop and R&B) and the interviewer kept on baiting Nash to dog out the Mavericks for trading him.

Nash's response was something like, "I was just really hurt for about the first month of the season that Dallas did not want me.  It took me a while a month to get over it.  Amare and others flew out to Dallas to talk with me and I new there was a new chapter for me in my family in AZ."

Class act about sums it up.

BTW, Brent I dropped your package in the mail a few days ago, let me know when it arrived.  The post office attendant tried to advise me they might not deliver the package since I reversed a USPS Priority Mail envelope.  I took my chances, I'm frugal ;D.

Seriously though, I feel rather spoiled.  To move from one great basketball city L.A. to an up and coming basketball city in Phoenix.

I am happy for Nash and his family, he seems like a level headed and down to earth guy, a friend of mine saw him in TRU in Scottsdale the other day.

Go Suns!

Jason,

So your total will be around $62 for a minty complete Amanaman, not bad ;).

DBK

I just won this bad boy last nite... Amanaman POTF Last 17 Vintage Star Wars - C9.8+

This is the most I have ever spent on a single vintage figure in all my years of collecting. Add to this the $20 or so I'm going to be spending on his staff from a buddy of mine and it will almost triple my max amount on a figure. But it's worth it I think, once I get him, only 8 more figures to go... :P

Dale,

Out of curiousity, did you find the poster on the main or sw page?  Or did you have to do a search.  Lastly was it showing in stock or a preorder?

DBK

Yes!

I had a Loyalty Dollars Rewards Program for $10.00.

Total cost: $14.95.   ;D
