Or Jabba Glob.

It really isn't that serious guys. Buy the damn thing or don't, to suggest swapping is insanity.

I thought it was clear that I was kidding (stealing/fraud is a crime). Most collectors will grin and bear (buy) it, or wait it out (sale) or customize an extra Han-Taun.

Solution. Buy both sets. Swap Han's Taun-Taun for Luke's, and return "Luke's Taun Taun" to the store. Parents/kids won't notice a cracked tusk, and collectors who get the wrong beast will merely return it  to the store.

Okay, that's wrong... ;) But it really wouldn't surprise me if this hasn't happened already.

$5 coupon good for 2 days, they don't want anyone using it on vintage.

Eventually, maybe, i was exagerrating with "never",  but in a line that's been going 16 years...eventually might be 2 years, might be 7. Over 10 years after episode 1's release, and we are getting Ben Quadrinaros and others. Sure, the movie was the least popular...but still...some 12 years.

But that leaves me scratching my head on others - especially Kneesa.  She was rumored forever ago as coming with TVC Wicket, I am pretty sure Hasbro said for certain that she was dropped for costing.  So I would think her figure would be as good to go as say the Nogrhi - so why include her on the list?

It's rigged. Or "staged" is the word, like Professional Wrestling/sports entertainment.  :-X

Probably half of the ones listed are either planned, almost ready to go, or would take minimal effort. Others would never be made: Jaxxon, Joruss, Plagueis, but were allowd in the final 20 to make it look like a real fan's choice poll.

I'd take almost any unmade character over a remake. By almost, I mean "NOT JOCASTA NU" and iffy on Cleigg Lars, both deserve figures....to me any movie character deserves a figure. But would I shell out $9 for them, not likely.

I'm tired of Sam Witwer. Also, Clancy Brown, Miguel Ferrer and a few others. Good for them getting work, but cartoon villains are starting to sound the same like they did in the 70's and 80's.

Padishah Emperor of the Known Universe Shaddam Corrino IV does voice-over work for cartoons?  :o

News to me. Great news!

You are thinking of the late Jose Ferrer, Miguel's father.

Miguel Ferrer was in The Stand, Robo-Cop and played the Weather Wizard in the unaired live action Justice League pilot (you can see it on youtube, it's painfully bad)

Imagine if they'd dropped a full CW line on us in 2011.  :P

Even Movie Heroes is getting  24 figures, with some 18 announced already.

Target is having a $6.99 sale on Basic Star Wars action figures. Not sure what that means, probably Clone Wars and Legends.

So why does the vintage cardback show CW Obi-Wan starfighter, but the vintage boxed vehicle is Kenobi's ROTS Starfighter. (I'd point out the irony that they are reissuing that vehicle now that they are discontinuing the ROTS "pilot" Kenobi figure from Legends/Vintage, but Hasbro does things like this all the time...)

I suppose a chunk of the new tooling budget went to Movie Heroes. That might be the price of having 3 lines.

Where did they throw out the 19 figures for 2012 tidbit? Was that during the presentation also?

It was post on Rebelscum's live feed during the presentation.

Jedi Force, squeeknies things...movie heroes....everything to get the kids back...yet, CW seems to be an after thought now?

Some more lapses in logic:

Selbulba's pod is a main line release but its pilot is thus far only coming with an exclusive battle pack.

The Naboo fighter is mainline release, but its pilots are initially exclusives, and the fighter's opponent,  The Vulture droid is also an exclusive.

Season 3 Ahsoka not in the CW waves. Why reship a main character?

No ARC trooper reshipping, despite CW Arc being retail gold.

The Blu-Ray 4 packs used mostly current molds, but the 2012 value battle packs will be using stuff from 8 to 12 years ago?

A battle pack saying that Jango Fett battles clone in the Geonosis Arena.
