Congratulations Dressel on winning this season.

I'm trying my hand at Fantasy Baseball to keep me fantasy tuned until next basketball season.   :)

I just came across this thread, and man, the pictures of New Zealand are gorgeous.  Beautiful pictures of a beautiful country.  Nice job camera man!  I liked the black and whites of Rome too.  The picture of the turtle (and then some) in the Boboli Gardens is helluv funny.

That's what I saw this morning at Target.  I don't remember seeing that previously either.

OK...

$20

+

$7.50 figure

=

$40

I've got a good 8 years of accounting classes under my belt since high school, and I still can't see how that **** adds up.

Right on.  Doesn't even come close after adding California sales tax  ;).

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: What do you drive?
« on: April 8, 2009, 01:18 AM »
My dad has a 2005 Sienna, and it's probably one of the best cars anyone in my family (immediate and extended) has gotten.  I get to drive it during the weekends when we go visit my grandparents after stopping off at my parents.  The Sienna drives great, gets really nice gas mileage, has a ton more space then the Highlander my wife and I drive now, and has had no mechanical issues since purchase.  My sister and I have been able to borrow it a few times to transport stuff when moving or purchasing big items.  It's a very efficient and practical vehicle for sure.

Thanks for the suggestion Jesse.  Large home improvement stores like Home Depot and Lowes are close by, so I didn't even think about looking at other independent shed retailers locally.  I'll take a look to see what's available.  I think the shed size I need and my budget is going to really limit what I can get.  I can't wait to get one just to get some of the junk in my garage out.

Hopefully, this is the right thread to ask this question.  Does anyone know a good place to look at and possible purchase a 7 or 8 foot by 3 foot outdoor storage shed?  I did some looking at Lowes, HomeDepot, ACE Hardware (and their dot com sites) and haven't quite come across something that's grabbing me.  Costco currently has one that's $600 but the dimensions are too big for the space I have in my backyard.  I've never owned a storage shed before and have done just some limited reading on the differences between a plastic vinyl and metal sheds.  I think I'm leaning towards a plastic one for around $400.  If anyone has any suggestions where else to look and other features to consider, please let me know.  I'd greatly appreciate it.

Looks like Plo Koon/starfighter and a Shock Trooper/V-Wing are up next.

Saw both of these at Target this afternoon.

Very nice displays Matt_Fury!  I wish I had the room to continue to display my collection, but I just don't have the space.  The starfighter squares, the Gungan/Battledroid head to head, the Imperial Fighter display, your Sith collection, and SW themed stock car collection are very cool!

Arenas might start in tomorrow's game against Detroit.  Wonder how he will fit in with the rest of team in a real game.  I'm not sure why I even kept him on the squad this whole time.  I could have really used another decent guard and some of his stats.

Saga '02-'04 / Re: Saga Purchases

Acquired an A-Wing Fighter w/Pilot and Geonosian Speeder w/Darth Tyranus MIBs.  Now, I can open and display the Green A-Wing next to the Red POTF2 A-Wing.  I don't have the other modern A-Wing from WM and will probably track it down later.

Just acquired a TIE Interceptor with Pilot.  I wasn't collecting vehicles back during the Saga days so I guess I'm making up for lost time.
