That's lame.  Unless he clearly states it is a custom, I would ask for a refund.

Agreed- it may not get you anywhere, but I would start trying to get a refund now, as time is of the essence with ebay/paypal transactions. The item is not what it was represented as- simple as that.
If that doesn't work you could try to unload it on ebay or the forums, disclosing the hair issue. As you stated, that was a crazy good price, and someone else may be fine with the wrong hair or even want to make their own.

borrrring. This line seems too new to be running out of good ideas. They hit some home runs with blue snowtrooper, amanaman, blue snaggletooth, and several others. But the re-release mode seems premature. I sure hope there is an update on DX3 this month. I'm itching to add a garindan to the tatooine scene, but very tempted to dump my box order and just get a 6 off the bay.

Judging by zero replies to this news in 10 days, it seems likely that the excitement around character keys has run its' course.

Saw more detail on the super star destroyer at Yakface- very cool looking. I wish it had the rest of the bounty hunters (it comes with Dengar, bossk, and IG-88). I'll probably add this to the collection at some point, but no rush. Time to build up those lego points first...
