Though the CW cartoon really should have been more about Anakin and Obi-Wan together...I feel like Ahsoka was an unnecessary addition to the SW universe.

Nothing against Ahsoka, but I agree with that sentiment.... where's the rescuing Master Kenobi from a nest of gundarks type of stuff that Anakin mentions in Clones.  It should be about showing their friendship intertwining and the love between them so that we can see how heart-wrenching it is when Obi-Wan cuts Anakin's arms and legs and tells him that he was his brother and loved him, etc. before leaving him.

I believe I've got 2 different dates on my orders... I think Rob must be a prime member (as my wife is) and the others are regular free shipping.

On the topic of 'who's going to lose their license', I really think Hasbro is safe for now.  If the discussions between LFL and Disney have been going on for over a year and Hasbro only recently extended their license to 2020, I would think that meant they had to know about plans for 7-8-9 on some level at least. 

You know, Jeff.  Didn't Hasbro say to expect something big next year at Toy Fair?  I doubt it'd be figures from a new movie, but maybe because of the Big Ds acquisition, they can do something they couldn't with LFL?

What if Lucas has set up the next Trilogy by bring back Darth Maul in CW? 

I wonder if we now have a shot at the Tonnika Sisters being made?

Just can't wait for the commercials: "Get your classic 40th anniversary edition of Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope before it returns to the vault." (or however the use that scare tactic).

I like the idea of a separation of the teams though...  Give the NY title to the Rangers...  Go for something grittier with the Brooklyn Islanders.  Go for the tougher sounding name.  I'd really enjoy it.

I understand what you mean, but the precedent is set in the other sports (besides basketball) with the Jets & Giants, Yankees & Mets and the hockey teams. 

I dunno about the Brooklyn Islanders, Jesse.  I'm an islander, too, living in Manhattan.  I might feel slighted.
