The bust ups are the 3 3/4 scale, they could be finished as all sculpt action figures

the figures are slimmer than 6 inches line (in proportion) they appeal more to the early 80´s comics, more the style of the Batman in grey and blue uniform.
the shots give the impression that these figures stand on a one shoulder wide stance, not with the legs wide open, that can make see them kinda short.

Comparing this Batman with the four inches version (from Infinites heroes) the proportion becomes a bit slimer

It would be better if they sold the miniatures with the paintjob spotted in their catalog.
