Um...What happened to the 10 packs?  I figured I'd wait until after the holidays to pick them up and now I can't find a single set anywhere.  Were these a one time shot deal or will they continue to ship?  I noticed the same thing about the Unleashed sets, haven't seen any of them since the cinema sets vanished.

Target is knocking these back to $11.88 here in MN.

Dare I ask to see if anyone is shocked to note that more people downloaded the TF trailer vs. Spiderman 3?  Yes, I know YOU ALL HATE this movie, but I'm happy - at least until I see the movie.  I'm not expecting a rehash of 84-85 stuff.  I've been there and have already enjoyed that.

I haven't seen many new ones in awhile.  Quite a bit of Sandcrawlers and Transformers though.

I did find the following last week though:

Amidala's Skiff
AT-ST
Jedi Fighter w/ring
Vader's SF
Rebel Blockade Runner
Maul's Speeder
BSG Scar
BSG Classic Colonial

Are the following in any future assortments???? -

Anakin's Modified Fighter
AT-AT endor
Grievous' Stargfighter
Wicket bike

This is the first time in this line that I've actually missed a few.

Transformers Trailer

Sweet! :o

Kevin

More like What a piece of ****!

I don't think it looks that bad...It's a decent trailer in my eyes.  What are you expecting from this movie besides a decent plot?

Joe Defender / Re: G.I. Joe Toys Thread
« on: December 20, 2006, 06:22 PM »
I'd like to know what we can expect from 3 3/4 Joes over the next year .  Especially the 25th Anniversary Line that was rumored.  If it was Select Super Articluated Joes from the first 4 waves of RAH like one rumor I heard that would be cool.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't all 3 3/4 Joes "super-articulated" the way they are?

Star Wars & Transformers with a McFarlane fig here and there (non-sports.)  Same ol' habits for the past 6 years and it still stays crunchy in milk.  :P

Power of the Force 2 / Re: AT-AT walker
« on: December 17, 2006, 04:55 PM »
Finally got to crack open a boxed AT-AT and I must say that the figures are piss poor, really piss poor - atrocious for that matter.  I'm a carded collector and only violated a few clones to display around the entertainment center.  I won the JD give away for the TSC Hoth wave a few months ago (which were opened) and I must say that I'm rather disgusted by the pack in figures with this set.  They look to be on par right with the vintage stuff, if not worse - wow waist/torso articulation.   ::)

If Hasbro can put so much work into updating a figure, then I wish they'd do the same with this vehicle - or any other one for that matter (save for the Tie - besides those sagging wings.)  I have no problems with the AT-AT as I never owned one as a kid, but imagine the possibilities if Hasbro were to rework this thing.  Yes I know they'd never do it and it would cost a fortune if they did, but it's nice to dream.

Good news everyone...

I especially loved the last two q&a's

Are there any new characters being introduced in the new season that you’re excited about?

COHEN: Yes, particularly Nudar, the evil alien nudist. We’re not sure what the censorship issues are as far as showing unrecognizable alien reproductive organs. I guess we’ll just put it on the air and see what happens.

Well, until Nudar debuts, who’s your favorite minor character on the show?

COHEN: Hypnotoad. By the way, we are looking into producing a full 22-minute episode of Everybody Loves Hypnotoad for the DVD release. I am serious.

Collector's Tips / Re: Defeat the scalpers!

I must admit that I've been rather intrigued by this concept DS.  I've gotten "caught" digging through the pegs by HW guys a few times now with no such luck.  Boy, did I feel embarrassed to be seen in their aisle.  I've seen some cards that have black plastic covering the bubble.  It said "Mystery" something on the packaging.  Are those TH too?

You get 2 long chrome stacks for $10.99 + shipping.  The pic was just a comparrison of the original US stack, unpainted custom, painted custom.  Not a bad deal.  Trust me, it'll make your Prime.....Prime  :D  I think it makes him look like a different toy.  You may not think so on such a small accessory, but you'll like it.  ;)

Ryan - here's your 20th Prime with MP02.....purty!

The Millenium Falcon and X-Wing were originally released in 03-04.  I know the Falcon got re-released minus a few pack in figures a year ago, but not too sure about the X-Wing.  Case in point - you're not going to find these at retail.
