Zombies w/ Missing Limbs, Yes I think I'll make a couple for myself but I think my Customers might feel a little ripped off if Body Parts were missing. Most of the Limbs pop off pretty easy though so I could just pull a leg or arm off of some of them for the pics.

I noticed that about the AOD figures too. They fall apart pretty easily. I guess they arn't made for a six year old to play with.

Time for a little update. Forgive me Phruby for I have sinned. ;D

You are forgiven my son. Please kiss the ring and deposit your check in the box on the right.  ;)

I really like this clone. The two tone colors make him look very icy. I like the pattern on the skirt. However the Captain America is by the far the better of the two customs. Very well detailed and animated looking. He reminds me of Glassman's work.

You should definately get one of these bodys. I get mine from seller zira28 on ebay. Here price is the best I've come across. She charges $6.99 on a buy it now with $7 shipping from Japan. The figure gets to my mail box with 3-4 days and is packed extreemly well. She has discounts on multiple winnings. She has all the different body colors and chest sizes.

Gregorbian and I are addicted to these things. They are definately worth taking a shot at.

Hey Chewie,

Sorry to hear about your troubles. For $400.00 you could practically get a new hard drive!

-DD

Heck for $400 you could get an entirely new computer!

Computers can be a pain to deal with. They are just not designed for someone to fix easily. I had a simular problem with the power supply frying the motherboard. Fortunately, the hard drive was ok. I pretty much built a new computer wth a new hard drive in it. Once I got everything including the usb to work, I copied my data back to the new hard drive from the old hard drive. I kept the old hard drive in as backup.

I bet all they did was install the new motherboard with the old hard drive and saw that it booted correctly but didn't try any devices. The correct way to install a new motherboard is to format the drive, reinstall the OS and programs. That is the only way you make make sure windows doesn't get confused by the new motherboard. I think windows is trying to use the old motherboard's usb drivers and won't install the new ones because it thinks the old ones are newer and correct versions.

Star Wars Action Figures / Re: Princess Leia (Movie Poster)

This is the best version of the movie poster leia I've ever seen. I love the flowing robes you gave her. She is very classic Findswoman in look and detail. The repositioning of the leg would have been nice but this looks good too. I wonder why Hasbro never gave us this figure. You think they would have for those anniversary figures. Are you going to make a Luke? A good base for the Luke would be the POTF2 Buff version.

I agree Chewie. I would love to see some dead soldiers that are not completely whole. That is something I'm planning for my version (if I ever get around to doing it).  :-\

For the female stormie, I like the body that is used. The leg armor and the torso armor look good. The back sholderblades really bother me though. They stand out like two pieces of sculpty just stuck on there for no real reason.

This is a figure I would have skipped the wash on. I think she would look alot better with clean armor. I think it takes away from the details of the body. The lego helmet is really bothering me too. I didn't much like it on the first version either. It looks strange and kind of bootleggist. I'd suggest a bust ups or regular commtech stormtrooper helmet instead.

Thanks Chewie. I wanted to get this one and the MCC fan fic alien out of the way so I can work on my microman/microlady customs. My fan fic alien is all put together. I just need to paint him.

On minor comment.  The way her hands are positioned, it looks like her lower right hand is bent at a very odd angle.

It was just a quick pose. I can put her in better 'positions' in future work in progress pictures. I'll have to look thru my wife's cloth pile for a piece that will work.

Kit'chn T'abel? Where's that?  ???

..... Oh wait! I get it! Sometimes it takes me a little while. Too many paint fumes. :-[

So you suggest to paint the whole thing and just add the little tassle/pouch thing to her weist? How about using a very thin layer of sculpty for the shirt in order to give it some texture?

I'm planning on dremeling the top and gluing it on. Then I'll paint the pants and boots. Of course softgoods could be really cool for the shirt too. We'll see. I've just got to get the skin color to match.

Star Wars Action Figures / Aayla Secura finished

No not the actress but the Microlady version! ;D  After the success of the Microlady Slave Girl Leia, I've decided to follow it up with a Microlady version of Aayla Secura. As you can see I've added the head. Now I need to mix some paint to make the body match the head. Any suggestions on color or paint combinations for this?

Thanks Pen. The helmet is hollowed out but does not fit over his head. He's head is much too tall to fit completely inside the helmet.

As for yestertoys.com, I've never had a problem with their shipping.

Ok, my Rykrof is ready.
