Stopped by KB yesterday and they had their buy 2 get 1 free sale so I picked up a few figures that people had been looking for. I have (2) R5-D4 and (1) Hammerhead. $13.98 plus shipping gets you all three. Otherwise I will trade the three for the last two I need from the wave: Luke Skywalker and Sandtrooper. Sucks. If your in the U.S. contact aimee.venable@Sideshowcollectibles.com or through her direct phone line at 805-214-2158. She is hooking me up with a new box free of charge. I also requested that all my future SW 12" orders to be double boxed, and she said my account would be flagged as "MIB" collector.
So you can do that to, and avoid any future package damage. Oh yeah, and make sure to mention whether you have a regular or exclusive box.
Cool! Thanks for the info. I'll email her this morning. I just filled out the customer service sheet to ask if they had a replacement because I wanted to make sure I actually got an exclusive replacement since a friend of mine got shipped a regular replacement for her exclusive Luke.

I should probably chime in too since I've had numerous dealings with Sharon in the past. She is responsible for hooking me up with all my Star Tours figures. She is one the best assests to the trading community around. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Mine should be showing up today. The mailer box for my Luke had a pretty nice ding in it, but fortunately it didn't transfer through the bubble wrap to the figure box.

I have an extra case on route from a preorder I thought I had cancelled. It should arrive mid next week. It is $100 plus shipping if anyone is interested, please let me know.
The only items I currently need in trade our two of the Toys 'R Us Hunt for Grievous battlepacks and any of the Tatooine wave figures (two of each except for Luke and Han).
