Under the new scoring - my team last night scored 3.3 points.

I was credited 1.8 points - which is 1.5 less than my team earned.   But I was +3 before, which used to be worth 3 points, and is now worth 1.5 - so they deducted the .5 points per +1 - meaning that it did work retroactively.

If your score didn't change at all, maybe you were +0 before?

Out of all the sports fans I've talked to in sports bars and at various message boards, it's generally considered one of the most classless things you can do to wish injury on or celebrate the injury of a player.

It is done and appears not to function retroactively as the points didn't change at all, nor did the standings.

I wonder if it will end up changing when the system resets for tomorrow.

SGC Airmen 42.09 (DeMario Williams, Marion Barber III)
Fightin' Armadillos 42.25 (0)

Armadillos almost guaranteed to win

Okay this is all ****** up.  Ryan the Airmen is going to win, and he has Jay Feely and Marion Barber left.

Yeah - what you said.

Not sure what the hell I was looking at when I typed up the comments and players left.

Oh well - it was a nice thought I think.

Looks like one more vote should do it for changing the +/- thing - Me, Jesse, Jamie, and Brent are all on board so far right?

Scores:

The Mathematicians 56.83 (0)
The Zods 82.17 (0)

Zods win

Minnesota Muskies 29.36 (Jason Whitten)
DR's 725 lb Gorilla 71.60 (Terrel Owens, Amani Toomer, Giants DEF)

The Gorilla probably has it

SGC Airmen 42.09 (DeMario Williams, Marion Barber III)
Fightin' Armadillos 42.25 (0)

Armadillos almost guaranteed to win

The Golden Girls 80.89 (Julius Jones)
Canuckleheads 47.15 (Terry Glenn)

Sophia, Dorothy, Blanche, and Rose should be all set

The Famine 29.36 (Eli Manning, Tiki Barber, Jeremy Shockey)
Bushleaguers 85.72 (0)

A huge deficit to overcome, but I wouldn't call this one quite yet.

Team No Worries 29.47 (Plaxico Burress)
Nerfherders 51.41 (0)

A 3 TD night for Plaxico could snatch victory from the jaws of defeat

I meant that we'd leave the games cap equal to what it is now, but with two slots - so it'd be two slots with 46 games per slot, just so you wouldn't get shafted if your guy doesn't play and your other guy does.

Just an idea.

Really?  I freaking hate it.

I like the challenge of figuring out which one is more likely to win - but I absolutely hate picking one and then having him not play at all.  Drives me nuts.

I'd vote yes.  So long as it retroactively updates all of the +/- stuff so far.  I'm assuming it does this right?

I'd also like to see a scenario where we have 2 goalie spots - we could leave the games at 92 or whatever they are, but I keep having nights where I pick one of my two goalies, and then the other one plays and gets a win and the one I picked didn't even get in the game.

I think I've got exactly ONE win so far this season - even though my goalies have won a few more games than that (not that they've been great or anything).

I shot those on a Digital Rebel XT - but probably half of the vibrancy and sharpness is due to extensive time color correcting and adjusting the levels in photoshop.

I'll throw together a quick before/after thing and post it in a little while.

I love the "Anger" sign.

And the graffiti on the beach is kind of funny too: They even have jerks in New Zealand.

Yep - but not many.  The entire country is pretty much clean as hell.  Everyone thows their trash away, everyone recycles, for the most part, everyone really takes care of all that natural beauty they've got going on.

Find your inner idiot.

I've spent about half an hour making this chick say various dirty things, proving that my sense of humor hasn't matured since I was eleven.

What the hell is the deal with this thing... I was using it at work and we were all having a big laugh and then we got this:

Thanks everyone!

One question, what the hell is that hairless thing with the buck teeth?

No idea - I'm 99% sure it's fictional, but damn it's freaky.  Some kind of bat-like monstrosity?
