I was actually going to start a thread like this but hadn't gotten around to it yet...

I am a tipper, who isn't.  But I never tiped for take-out... if I pick the pizza up myself, buffets stuff like that.

But two of my friends who I was out with a few weeks ago gave me absolute hell for not tipping the take-out people...

I was never doing it to stiff anyone, just because I hadn't gotten service so I didn't think you were supposed to tip?  My girlfriend and other people I know thought that was perfectly normal and reasonable, but these guys made me feel like a real ******* for not tipping all these people.

They said that if there is a tip line on the credit card reciept, you're supposed to tip.

B.S. or not?

Thanks guys, the compliments are nice to hear.  This whole sharing pictures thing is giving me second thoughts about how much stuff I buy though.   

If Hasbro really wants to do EU, they should pick a story (NJO would probably be the best for sales) and make a series, 20 figures or more... on nice packaging... make Vong warriors, Jedi Knights, Luke, Leia, and Han.... they could even do Chewbacca ...etc...

It could be awesome.

Instead, they pick a few figures from all over the place that they can get onto shelves with little or no effort (repaints) and the product looks lame.

I use amazon.com for that type of thing - just look the CD up and it will have a track listing.

I'm going to buy one of the Han Stormtroopers and paint (maybe use a sharpie?) the red stuff black.

Then I'm not going to buy any of the rest.

I'm officially no longer a completist - and it's liberating.  Thank you Hasbro, for making so much stuff that I really really don't feel like shelling out money for lately.

I decided that I wanted to buy one - I'm shopping on ebay, lots of different sizes, compositions, weights, etc... are available - many with documentation or from seemingly repubtable sellers who have sold LOTS of them...  Is there a market for fake meteorites? 

I'm just wondering what I can know to be a little more informed before I buy one.  Rareness or material isn't very important to me, I just decided I wanted to have a space rock on my desk and my main concern is that it be real and preferrably larger than a pebble.

Anyone?
