Watto's Junk Yard / Re: My (second) trip to ROME - Pictures!
« on: November 22, 2006, 04:54 PM »
It's the Duomo overshadowing Florence - taken from the top of said Duomo.

You can see it popping up behind some other buildings in one of the other shots.

As for Rome, I absolutely love Italy - it's a sort of a second home.  I lived there for 2 months and I wish it had been 2 decades.

I hope to buy property there someday.

I have lots more pictures from my first trip there (the 2 month one) that I'll scan someday and share - back then I was shooting with real film and developing everything myself.

Italy, 2003 - taken on a really crappy old canon point-and-shoot.  I finally got around to cropping them down and fixing them up a little bit:.  Enjoy:

And the scam auctions are out in full force.

And the idiots not reading the message are as well.

There is a second identical listing up there... I just reported it.

Dear God my lead is down to 4.5 points.

A Plaxico TD or a long FG or a short FG and a few catches, and I lose again, and the Giants are going to spend the rest of the game throwing, throwing, throwing...

Amazing.

A small victory for moral outrage.

Hooray for humanity.

I'll think about it - if I win this week and think that I can get something for Hasselbeck that might help my team run off a win streak.  I doubt it will happen though, because I'm still thinking Hasselbeck is worth more to me than whatever I could get for him since Grossman has been hit or miss lately.

And now that I have a 26 or so point lead going into tomorrow... who wants to make guesses as to how my team will manage to lose?

4 TD's for Burress?

4 50 yarders for Scobee?

Or a combination of the two?

Wanna trade for Hasselbeck?

On my team today... Jamal Lewis scores THREE touchdowns, LJ adds a pair, and Lee Evans, from the bench, has a Chad Johnson like day with 250 yards and 2 scores (so far) and I still have Harrison and Fitzgerald to go.

Unbelievable.

I don't know if I'm mathematically out of the playoffs already, but this was the type of day I envisioned all along.

How the hell did Ladislav Nagy ring up 22 penalty minutes?!

As long as I don't lose this thing to someone from frickin' Tennessee, I don't care what you do :P

What if you lost from someone from Florida who currently resides in Texas.

That'd be worse right?

And to think I was dead last about 2 weeks ago.

I don't know about SOAP, but the new King Kong is 15 minutes longer, with 38 extra minutes of deleted scenes.  I haven't watched it yet, but that's enough to have made me wait for this release.
