I've seen it twice.  Shocking.

It's like a train wreck...

But if it's that easy to catch these guys and it's not entrapment, why aren't there set ups like this all over the freaking place at all times...

When my girlfriend decided to go to graduate school, we put a desk underneath my main loose figure shelf area.

Figures fall off all the time - if you close the door too quickly, after a dusting or re-arranging etc...

So anyway, one time one fell and I found the gun but couldn't find the figure anywhere.  I assumed it had fallen under the bed or something.

A day later, he turns up - at the bottom of a coffee mug, limbs stained brown as hell, torso fresh white.

Had to toss that one.

It's been on my to-do list for about a year now.  I guess now that I bought a new camera I can get around to it...  soon.

I do collect vehicles - although I'm becoming less strict about collecting them all now that the 5th and 6th jedi starfighters in a little over a year are being released along with the 4th Republic Gunship.

I hang mine from the ceiling - over my a/c duct (exposed ducts loft style...) using fishing line.  Mixed in are a bunch of the asteroids from Hasbro's OTC Millenium Falcon commercial.

I'll just leave this one last conspiratorial nugget out there - I don't necessarily endorse this and I haven't independently verified the numbers, but I see no reason why it wouldn't be accurate:

"On the 4 game winning streak, Miami shot 55 more free throws than Dallas. 55....in the last two games, decided by a total of 4 points, they took 38 more free throws."

Normally I'd scoff at an idea like this as an obviously false rumor - but with Lucas, anything is possible.

If it helps keep the toys going, I guess I'm okay with it.  Now I feel better about my decision to not partake in this year's upcoming release.

As much as I wanted the Mavs to win - it's cool to see Mourning get a ring.

That was very disappointing - but congrats to the Heat... Wade is amazing and is probably going to win a bunch more before he's done.

I wonder if the chamipionship parade in Dallas Sunday is cancelled...

It's the same thing with all sorts of things... bad parents are always looking for someone to blame, be it rock music, video games, or now myspace.  Violence existed before all of those things.

It's crap - and hopefully the judges can see through it.

Cubes rules.  He's been at my company a few times before and is always a hit apparently.

He also matches any fines he incurs with equal donations to charity.

So the bigger the fine the better.

Here's how I see it: I think the guy should be punished, but not SUED. Why the heck would you sue him? It's not like he took any of your money or anything. Just put the guy in jail for life and finish it.

They're not suing him, they're suing myspace.com alleging that it was the website's responsibility to keep the child safe - and not the parent's.  Which is absurd.

And of course he should be punished - everyone would agree to that.  And he will be.

Only reading the first paragraph of the article I'll say this.

These types of things are not the provider's (Myspace) fault.  This is a combination of bad parenting and being a naive teenager.

It's the same thing as when they tried to blame Ozzy Ozbourne for suicides - dumb dumb dumb.

As much as I hate myspace, I hope this gets thrown right ouf of court.  It's crap like this that will eventually lead to increased govermnental regulation of the internet - which is a bad thing.
