The international version of the HOTH UBP contains 3x TSC Snowtroopers and NO VOTC Snowtroopers at all.
Just in case anyone's into the whole variantion thing;

If Hasbro wants to give us some more with really odd shapes heads, then I'm all for it.  But what I've seen so far on the build-a-droid idea hasn't impressed me all that much.
