Yeah, I feel just as passionately on the opposite end of the spectrum. I ONLY want the animated line. And I would LOVE animated versions of some of the "classic" figures but I realize they are separate mediums with unique content and appeal.

I cannot collect that Legacy swag because the quality of the sculpts, representations, etc is, IMHO, abysmally poor compared to the original Vintage Kenner figures. I think Hasbro does a GREAT job at reproducing the animated likenesses though.

Apparently I am part of a very tiny minority of collectors focusing exclusively on the CW line. I wish there were more of us!

This is EXACTLY how I feel.  I too, ONLY collect The Clone Wars line.  In my opinion, The Clone Wars stuff is the absolute BEST stuff that Hasbro has ever done...

Picked up Ahsoka's Jedi Starfighter and the Tank Droid this morning at Target.  Love the Jedi Symbol on Ahsoka's Starfighter - very, very cool.

Was hoping to find the new Target Exclusive Battlepacks...(I read somewhere that they were suppose to come out today), but no luck.

Picked up the Wal-Mart Exclusive 2 - Packs (Thire & Rys/Yoda & Jek) tonight.  Absolutely love these sets!  Very cool figures for sure!

I just picked one of these up last night at a Wal-Mart here in the Los Angeles area.
Very, very cool ship.  I usually don't collect vehicles, but this thing was hard to pass up.  Y-Wing was probably my favorite ship from the OT so to see it all sparkly and new and armored up is pretty darn cool!

Picked up the Clone Wars Y-Wing Bomber this evening at Wal-Mart.  I usually don't buy vehicles, but this thing is just too cool to pass up...and it's HUGE!
