I'm also growing tired of Medicom re-releasing these figures on cards, but when they continue to release original trilogy figures like the Jawa and C-3PO on cards that match their Vintage counterparts I can't stop myself from wanting to get them for the nostalgia of it all.  Damn it, why did I ever start collecting these things?!?!?!?!

I can't help myself from wanting these either, especially since this has to be one of my favorite series. They really don't produce too many of these exhibition releases, so I don't really see it effecting pricing on the originals. It's actually kinda nice that they give collectors a chance to pick up a figure they may have missed the first time around. I'll definitely be looking to pick these up on the after-market.

Maybe I'm just late to the game with this one, but I noticed today that NCS has their pre-order up for this set.  Same price as the Series 1 box of 12:

Yeah… sorry if I come off like that. I get pretty pumped to have this stuff and kinda treat it like it’s my ‘expendable’ collection. I'll stick with stuff that is staying in the non-expendable collection from now on.

Series 2 Carded Set

We also just got in a bunch of loose Series 1 and 2 Bricks as well. Good Stuff! I had to wrestle myself into putting them up on the site... the little devil on my shoulder kept telling me that they belong in my collection. 

We just got into stock the Japanese F-Toys Vehicle Collection which are suppose to all be 1:144 scale. Besides the fact that they are all roughly the same scale, the level of detail is pretty amazing (especially considering the price). Here's an example:


I'm looking forward to getting in the 3rd series in the next couple weeks too. It has more starships like the X-Wing, B-Wing, A-Wing, and TIE Interceptor.
