It's a cool figure, but I really couldn't call it the best ever.  The eyes just look too big to me.  Compare the figure to a photo from one of the movies, and maybe you'll see what I mean.   

(I might also remind everyone that the Commtech Stormtrooper was once hailed as a "perfect" likeness of the movie character.)
