I saw all four figures at Target last night. I only bought the X-Wing Luke for now. Darth Maul and The Sandtrooper were tempting.
R2-D2 was a very easy pass. Looks too small. One of the legs was really warped in the package. The paint was very bad and sloppy.

Today, I received the Power Droid I ordered from redfordfilms.com for $80.99 shipped. I wish I had preordered through GG because those shipped long before other online retailers.
When I was a kid, and to this day, the Power Droid was my favorite Kenner figure. Here's mine on display with an original.
The stickers are nice on the Jumbo Power Droid I rceived except for a small corner on the front sticker. At least it's not crooked.

Should it be lower, or not?
[I know for regular preorders, the price drops to $72.00.]

On free comic book day I bought the Jumbo Boba Fett at Source Comics. With all the discounts the final price wasn't too bad.

I hesitated and missed the orange snake Yoda on many sites. However, I did find some instock at toytokyo.com last week. I ordered one and it arrived quickly and well packed.

« on: October 11, 2012, 06:13 PM »I scored a minty complete Twin Pod Cloud Car for $15 yesterday as well as a $15 Complete Hoth Ice Planet playset. Some of the cardboard is worn, but the elevator to the AT-AT still works and it looks clean otherwise. Not a bad haul...

« on: October 8, 2012, 02:38 PM »I have a MOC R2-D2 and C-3PO that my dad saved. Of course my mom cut out the upc for the Boba Fett but I still have them with a hole in the back. Every other Star Wars toy from my childhood was sold around 1988.

I managed to get my order in for the blue Snaggletooth. I'm glad I preordered it early because it looks like they sold out of the preorders.
