Yeah, always nice to see something new.  They updated the page with a second figure - Morbius.  I won't get either of those, but solid C-List characters for Marvel fans.

I'll probably get Morbius.  Not sure why, but the character appealed to me way back when he appeared in Spiderman.

I have no idea if this is the right thread, as I have no idea what they are called these days (is it just 3.75" Legends?) - anyway, Hasbro Pulse is slowly revealing a new wave this week...  first to be revealed is a nifty looking Hydro-Man.

Thanks for posting it nonetheless.  The naming of the line is pretty universally stupid these days.  There's not all that much out there i want them to do now, so when things do come along, it's gravy.

I have to say, I'm glad I switched down to the 3.75" scale, just easier to deal with.

That's a really nice piece, congrats.  Sadly I'm afraid I've fallen to Rob's logic and will be selling most of my carded figs after Christmas.

I think the Jets played really well today (do we finally have an actual NHL goaltender?) but I can't gloat because we've stunk for the last 8-10 games.  I think Jeff should be disappointed in the Wild though.

Nice!  I should talk.  I probably have a half a dozen bottles of different types of bourbon in my liquor cabinet right now.

I'm not much for bourbon unfortunately.  A youth wasted with Jim and Jack as shots didn't progress well, something entirely unfair to the good bourbons that are out there.  Same can be said for Canadian rye whisky.  I do however appear to have 44 sealed bottles of Scotch and one lonely bottle of Irish whisky at the moment.  Plus six open bottles of assorted whisky in the house.  I only buy whisky I intend to eventually drink.  On average, I kill about six bottles of Scotch in a year.

So yeah, I pretty much stopped collecting toys.  But the disease is strong in this one...

Alcoholism?

Sure, if you like.  I have way more bottles than that now.

Pretty sure that's the real name of the standard medical anatomy book.  Anybody know if dude's "cure" holds any medical truth?  I don't think removing puss from an infected wound typically results in vast improvements to health.  But I could be wrong.

Indeed, Gray's Anatomy is a standard text in the medical field.  I doubt that you'd find that specific "cure" in there though, given it's anatomy under consideration, not simple medical procedures.  I'll have to check the wife's copy.  As for the cure itself, it may have relieved some pressure and could have taken away some nasty bacteria, but an immediate response on the heart monitor as it's being drawn out?  Yeah, not really.  BTW, I only play a doctor on the internet.   :-*

How good is the Central Division?  It's still early but 6 of the top 11 teams in the league are in the Central, one of them would miss the playoffs.   :o  If Tampa was in the Division, they'd miss the playoffs.

Modern Classifieds / 400% Kubricks for sale
« on: October 22, 2015, 10:10 PM »
Howdy all, selling off my 400% Kubs.

They've been on display so have been out of the box but not played with.  I'm in Canada and our shipping is stupid, so I'll split the cost half way on that.  All are in mint condition, boxes are all good except for the Han/Luke which have some wear.  Happy to send more pics.

Have following:

Han Stormtrooper$99
Luke Stormtrooper $99
Boba Fett $150
Shadow stormtrooper $175

Also selling the carded Series 2 Star Wars Kubricks $99

Stay classy 'Merika.   :-*

Watching the Blue Jays game. I'm just smart enough not to actually say anything, but just dumb enough to re-post this and antagonize you.  ;)

I love you too sweetie.   :-*

Yikes...  The whole thing is odd, but hey at least it is returnable I guess?

Shipping to Canada used to be a lot easier...  WTF happened?

Ah, that's not that unusual when using FedEx or UPS to ship to Canada.  All manner of hidden charges including BS brokerage fees that are entirely unnecessary.  Remember that Master Replicas Collector's Society Darth Maul mini-saber y'all paid about $50 for?  Yeah, after all was said and done with FedEx my total hit about $150.  Absolutely no way will I use a courier service to have stuff sent here.  Ka-frikkin-ridiculous.

I guess I'll take a 3-1 start for the year as a good sign.  Both back to back game pairings as well, something we historically do not do well.  Granted, it is just the eastern conference.   :P

So who caused the distraction at the end?

Carl's "girlfriend"?

The Wolves?

The son of the dude Rick shot last season?
