At $84 a case, that comes out to exactly $7 a figure. So I'm guessing figures will be priced at around $7.30 in stores...  :-\

The Original Trilogy / Re: Star Wars Trilogy Soundtracks
« on: September 26, 2006, 10:17 PM »
I have the TPM, AOTC, and ROTS albums, along with the 2 disc 1997 version of ESB. I still need to pick up ANH and ROTJ someday. I remember picking up the 97 album at Hastings back in 2002, but like Matt said, they've probably vanished since 2004.

One thing I like about the OT soundtracks is that the music is played in the order it's played in the films, other than a few out of order tracks. The PT albums are still good, but I must admit I'm not much of a fan of them, there are a lot of dull spots in them.

Anyway, are these expected for Christmas, like so many other change over cards? Or will actually come out in Januaury?

I could have sworn I read somewhere in one of the Q&A's that the 30th line won't start until April/May. I couldn't find the Q&A entry though, so who knows.

I just realized they FINALLY gave Obi-Wan the correct color ankle joints. Still passing though, I've already bought him 3 times.

Getting Mace, an Airborne Trooper, a few Marines, and some Concept Stormies. The rest I'll be passing on until further info about the figures are revealed.

Hats off to Hasbro for the Mace though. I can't believe the best Mace prior to this one was made 8 years ago.

Saga Collection '06 / Re: TRU Exclusive Dagobah X-Wing

Am I wrong in thinking there's a packaging variation on this thing?  The pictures I've seen online show the dragonsnake thing under the wing of the X-Wing, and I think I've seen one in person like that, but today I saw one in the store where the beastie is out in the open, sort of in front of Luke.  Change in packaging, or figment of my imagination?

No, I saw both versions today. I should have snapped a pic with my phone. One has the snake underneath the wing, the other has it in front of the wing, closer to Luke and less hidden.

These are also piling up with the AT-AT. I must have seen at least a dozen in various places in the SW section.

Saw 3 of these on the shelf today, looked up, and saw dozens more on the very top shelf. I don't see them going anywhere for a long time.

Did anyone else's iPod crash after upgrading iTunes? My iTunes froze after upgrading, and my iPod Nano was plugged in charging, and it corrupted the data. I had to reset my Nano back to factory settings. It's fine now, but I'm wondering if anyone else had this happen.

Anyone know what Vader that is? It looks like it's from the POTF2 era, but I'm not sure.

I really want the comics for some reason, so I'll pick all of these up. Should be easy for people to customize the Hantrooper though.

The Wookiee Arcade / Re: Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy

After an hour or so of flying back and forth on the first level of the "Empire" section, I'm at a loss of how I'm supposed to get out.  I used the Snowspeeder tow cable on the 10 AT-STs, and no matter where I go, they just keep on coming, with no apparent exit (for me, at least) and no decrease in amounts of Imperials.   :-\

Oh crimany, it took me FOREVER to figure this out. Remember those purple missile things? You have to take one up to the cave at the very top of the area, use it to destroy the ice and fly through into the next section. The rest of the level is just a bitch to get through, since AT-STs will be attacking you while you try and tow the AT-ATs.

As for me, I'm also playing in order, and I've just finished the ground part of the Battle of Endor, I believe there are 2 levels left for me to finish. Then it's off to Free Play mode and redoing Story Mode to get all the extras. I also love how you can use Prequel characters from the first game in Free Play mode.

Great game!

Picked up the game today, but I won't get to play it until later tonight. I'll give thoughts after that.

Anybody else have a really hard time finding this game, specifically the Xbox version? I went to about 5 stores before I finally found a copy at EB Games.
