You know, this is a nice card for it being SW related.

I think you can cross off the SA Obi Wan in ROTS as #55 is perfect. ;)

Great list BTW.

Has anyone figured out which case rotations contain which re-paints?

I just found a wave 6 case that had two each of 54-56, but no repaints, it was W6R2.

There is a case with black clone pilots and one without, both have the other re-paints (although the one without will sometimes have the white #6 in place of the red one) and no Sentry. Anyone catch the Rotaion numbers?

Again, not a find so to speak but found this over at Galatic Hunter in their forums and thought I would share. Not wanting to make a new thread I thought it fit best here.

Anyway, I do not read or speak German (French and Norwegian) and though Norwegian is similiar . . . I don't want to try a translation.

If this is true, sounds like Hasbro is getting it right by putting 2 each of the Commanders and 3 each of the 501st. Then again, I don't believe case assortments too much until I find them on the floor. I would say that the Nov. date in Germany could mean a Sept. release here, or it could mean a release date near the DVD release! I don't want to wait that LONG!!!!

Case Assortment,

Go under the 8.8.2005 Holiday Update and then scroll down about 1/2 way for the info.

Basic Figures Assortment
851737 Collection 1 Wave 7 - November 2005
2x Commander Gree
2x Commander Bly
2x Neimodian Commander
2x Wookie Commander [eigentlich Commando]
2x Grievous Body Guard 2
1x Passel Argente
1x Shu-Mai (Seperatist) [eigentlich Cat Miin (Shu Maiís Aide)]

851745 Collection 2 Wave 6 - November 2005
3x R2 P17 Astromech Droid [eigentlich R4-P17]
3x Special Ops Clone Trooper [auch Tactical Operations Clone Trooper (501st)]
2x Ayla Secura Hologramm
2x Wookie Heavy Gunner
2x Plo Koon Hologramm

Keep in mind that case assortments and release dates in Europe are different than here in the U.S. I highly doubt this will be true here.† We're going to get the new 12 in 3 or 4 waves and will start seeing them in about two months.

Here's the kicker for me, I collect both loose and carded and have not thrown any packages away since before '95. I'm just like mosnab as well in that I hate waste and unnessesary items taking up space, but SW is the exception to that rule. I know psycologically, it goes back to when I was 7 and tried to keep all of my original vintage packaging like the Deathstar playset and the MF, but my parents wouldn't have it and threw the boxes away.

Just yesterday I was re-arranging stuff in my garrage and found an area in the rafters to store the empty boxes (neatly packed in larger cardboard boxes,) but one of these days I think I'm going to get rid of it all.

I've always been fasinated with Norman Rockwell and think he is one of my favorates. One my favorate paintings is of a man looking at a Jackson Pollick painting.

Contemporary wise, Alex Ross just blows me away. The Kingdom Come novel is just a masterpiece.

On a side note, I'm a Salvadore Dhali fan as well an nearly owned two original sketches. When I move into my current home, the previous occupants were in care of the sketches (owned by the woman who owned the house who had passed away, the occupants were relatives taking care of her) and were leaving a lot of stuff behind. I had asked the wife about them and not having any clue about them she said, sure you can have 'em. Unfortunately, her husdband wasn't as dim and nearly killed her when she ran it by him. :P

I'm going to have to take a middle of the road stance. It's a nice sculpt, but the articulation is just okay. For the character, it's well done, but just not all that exciting for me. :-\

Are there any extra scenes in the UK version?

There are no extra scenes or footage though. :P

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Greatest Album of All Time?
« on: August 10, 2005, 10:52 AM »
This is a tough one for me. While I think Sergent Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band and Dark Side of the Moon are arguabley the most important Albums of all time, I have to go with one of three that personally have changed my life in the way that I listen to and appreciate music.

And that winner is:

1- Dancing on a Volcano
2- Entangled
3- Squonk
4- Mad Man Moom
5- Robbery Assult and Battery
6- Ripples
7- A Trick of the Tail
8- Los Endos

The other two albums are:

V, by Spock's Beard and Head, by the Monkees

Right now, the UK version, which is just season 1, is available at Best Buy. Next month, the USA version, which is the Pilot and season 1, gets released everywhere.

He looks better sitting with his cloak on than the 500 Vader himself. :P

The new Battlestar is outstanding! I can't say enough good things about the show. There are some episodes I still have not seen from the first season, so I can't wait for the America DVD release in September.

I just hope the Sci-Fi channel treats them well and keeps the show on the air for as long as it can be done.

Heard the sonic boom this morning! It woke me up. :P

If I had worked a little harder, I could have thrown the family in the car and watch it land.
