Customizing Tips and Tricks / Re: Fodder Alert!
« on: May 19, 2006, 01:22 PM »
While toy hunting today, I was looking at the Pirates of the Caribbean figures and noticed that the Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) figure's head would make a pretty decent young Qui-Gon if anyone were so inclined to make one.

Just a tip.

There may be some backpack differences as well.

I agree Scott. That is one of my favorite decos from EIII and Hasblo **** teases us by putting the SA Trooper on a Coruscant Clone cardback  :(

That Anakin is different though the HV version includes Dooku's saber instead of the soft goods cloak  :P

I'd like them to a release a "pivotal scene" themed wave of figures:

Retooled Evo Vader (with tunic over the shoulder armor) and as accessories, include a pile of Obi-Wan's Robe with his hilt. Obviously from after the Death Star Duel.

ESB Decoed VOTC Boba Fett with Solid Han Carbonite Block (without thawing effect).

SA Jedi Luke from Death Star Duel plus funeral pyre accessory

Han & Luke Stormtrooper disguise two-pack with Detention Center Console

Vader & Luke Duel with Complete Gantry

SA Endor Luke & SA Endor Leia two-pack with retooled Speeder Bike

maybe I'll buy used 2004 DVDs and go ahead and burn my own DVD off a 1990 VHS tape (in a completely legal fashion of course and I'll, uhh, get rid of it in 24 hours) or not because that'd be slightly illegal. Right.

Making a backup DVD "archival copy" of your VHS tapes (that you bought) is perfectly legal as long as you don't start distributing/selling your newly made DVDs

Those are so ******* ugly!!! Why not just throw the UGH logo on there too as long as they're "Limited Editions". Christ.

I will be making my own covers for sure.

I new that Star Wars poster book would come in handy for sumthun'

Imperial E-11 Blaster Rifle (If you pause ROTJ you can see several Ewoks holding E-11s):

That would be cool having those furry bastards wielding blasters.
Plus there's a chance for them to accidentally shoot themselves in the face.  :P
