New Vehicles (that have a realistic chance of being made)

I know, many of us dream and drool thinking about a Sail Barge being made, an AT-TE or even a Turbo Tank.  But the big H is more likely to make rainbow Yodas than these vehicles.

So, being "realistic" what do you want to see made, that is all new; and in a realistic price point?  You could use vintage molds too where applicable.

I'd like to see the following, thought I doubt any will be made this year.

TPM - Federation MTT (could make this about the size of the Sandcrawler)

AOTC - Homing Spider Droid

ROTS - Tank Droid

ANH - Imperial Landing Craft (seen on Tatooine Special Edition)

ESB - Cloud Car

ROTJ - ?

Notice all the Separtist stuff missing from the prequel vehicles?

I don't think it looks good for new vehicles being made Chewie.  Sorry.  We keep hearing the Cloud Car will be released every year but it never happens.  It may happen though.  Any vehicle they could put in the $20 range they might do it.

Unless the future TV shows make use of any unproduced PT designs, I think the Cloud Car is all we're going to get.  There's so much stuff I'd like to see, though, it's a shame.

ROTS - Tank Droid

I think this is the Corporate Alliance Tank Droid.  I see in Walmart they have a model of this by Ertl, but the box does not include any dimensions.  I was wondering if this thing approaches any scale that we could use with our 3 3/4" figures.  That wookiee heavy gunner figure comes with charges that'd be filthy to stick on the side of that tank.

To be honest, I'm maxed out on space. A lack of new vehicles is actually welcome.

I think Spuffy is right on base with this.  Hasbro really sounds like they don't want to do any new vehicles at this point, and I certainly doubt we'll see anything above the $20 range that is an all new sculpt.  I hope that the Cloud Car will come eventually, that would be the one that I would want the most.  There's a few reissues that I didn't get during the POTF2 range (Snowspeeder, AT-AT), and some I passed on because of price at the time (Sandcrawler, Imperial Shuttle) that I'd like to pick up someday as well...but I don't expect new sculpts on these.  If the TV series is a success and features some vehicles prominently, we'd probably have a decent chance at seeing them.

I think that the V-Wing from ROTS could be done in the 20-25.00 range.  Also, the little Jedi Speeders from ROTS could be done for a good price.  Same goes for that 2 seater speeder that the clones had in ROTS.  Didin't have much screen time, but I think there's a die-cast version of it.  It could also be affordable.  And my most wanted, newly sculpted vehicle that would reatil for 20.00? A properly scaled Snowspeeder.  It's the only Kenner/Hasbro vehicle that's bigger than it should be!

I think a new Snowspeeder or the Cloud Car is something that makes sense for like the 30th anniversary.  Or sooner, but I'm sure we'll see something 'new' for that.  The only new sculpts we'll see IMO are things that fall into the $10 deluxe category, if we ever see it again (where did it go?). 

I'd love the AT-TE, but it's never going to happen.
