Has anyone else had problems with the Kit's hands falling off?  Just wondering if I need to call SSC and gripe.

Well, mine came off easily if I tried to pose them in certain directions but they don't just fall off while the doll is standing there.  I'd certainly call if they just fall out of the socket for no apparent reason.
