Wow, I thought that thread was buried for good.
Nope, nothing worked.  
I tried everything  that I could try. I think the best way to get rid of the yellow is by Sand Blasting the figures.

Hey Dale did you try to just leave the stormtrooper in the can of dip for like a week or something?Then try peeling it away?Also did you try it in different temps like 90 degrees or 10 degrees?LMK if you tried these methods.

Nope, gave up. I tried many coats & nothing happened.
Maybe I should just drop the Stormtrooper in the can & close the lid for awhile.  
If that dosen't work, I have no idea what will.
I'll just let it soak in a bottle of acid over nite.
That should get rid of the yellowing.
