Clear Darth Vader

I just picked up a unpainted clear POTJ Darth Vader dagobah from Hong Kong. Is this bootleg or just an unpainted figure? Any info on this? I kind of like it and it was cheap.

Not 100% sure, but it looks like a bootleg, or a prototype of the Dagobah Vader with a different head.
