you've definetley made some good, and unique, parts choice's there. the head seems to becoming along nicely. on my vos, as many other have done, i used a modified eht koth head. but it is definetlet cool to see someone else use another.
since you are obviously familiar with gijoe figures hopefully you'll know which ones i'm talking about here, i have always thought that the spytoops figures scalpel(cobra medic) would make a great vos head, he has that great smoldering scowl thing going or spytroops barrel roll(gijoe hang glider sniper), he is very basic but with a tweak of the eyebrows he would make a very good vos. i actually may try to do a vos head from the scalpel now that i'm talking about it
