Widevision Card Holders?

Are there any hard plastic cases for widevision cards available? Not the thin bendable ones, the kind with screws or magnets or that snap close. I visited several card stores with no luck. Are they even made, if so, where can I buy them?

The do have recessed screw downs out there but I cant remember where I found them before.  Have never seen the magnetics, but with more and more non-sport sets being released, I am sure they are out there. I did find these:

They are snap-tites which are alot more sturdy and durable then toploaders.
