Wal-Mart Exclusive Iron Man 2 question

Hi Guys,Have been looking for a Mark V Iron Man in the recent Iron Man 2 line up.

Am based in Australia so do not have Wal-Mart to buy from here so have been looking on eBay:

These say 6" not 3&3/4"?

Could any US collectors enlighten on whether they are the same as the regular line or differ?

I like the look of this figure a lot and would be hoping it might fit in with my various Marvel Universe figures.

those are from an exclusive IM2 6 inch line only available at WM.
