Watch the directers cut that came out last year… great quality picture/sound and added fx shots. (It is a Lucas movie after all). The movie itself is pretty good considering it was his "first"

It is pretty decent, you can sort of get hints of what is to come with ANH in there as well.  Lots of visual and audio similarities
