I can hear all of them, but the 16KHz is very subtle and if I heard it somewhere when I didn't know what it was I might just disreguard it.

I can hear them all. The 16khz is low but still annoying. Reminds me of the sound older computer monitors and some older TVs make. I could hear it and it annoyed me and everyone else thought I was nuts.
