The V-19's an insanely small ship, so I'm not disappointed in the size at all. Eyeballing it, I'd say it's pretty accurate to most drawings I've seen of the fighter. It's really all wing as near as I can tell, and the "fuselage", for what it's worth, is inky dinky.
3 thin wings and a tiny thin body isn't much ship when you think about it, but the ship in the toons and comics is pretty much just that. Seems it's more a cockpit with wings built around it.
The spider droid is kind of the same gig... A ball with 4 spindly little legs can make for a "big" toy in a way, but ultimately you're buying a lot of air there too. So the toy turns out a great size, but the vehicle really wasn't ever big to begin with overall, it's just its height.

The toon image isn't much of a deviation from this comic image. In the comic shot there you can see it's really just a cockpit surrounded by the 3 wings, and even then they're not huge. I think in SW terms it's pretty small for a fighter so that implies (generally) nimble, speedy, and fragile. The toy looks pretty spot-on then besides needing a little more worn look to it.
