I love their products, but this is pretty lousy customer service. I just called to ask about it in person and their customer service team isn't in yet. 
This is lousy? On the whole, they have the worst customer service of any company I've ever bought stuff from. Chris is great once you get him on the case, but as a whole - I feel like that company doesn't give two ***** about what their customers think.
The Veers debacle has me considering ditching them entirely.
The prices are going up... Their website is still terrible. Their automated systems never automate. The final products often look very different (or nothing like) the promotional shots... they still don't have the capability after 10 years to ship you two items at a combined rate... I could go on, but what's the point?
